Operation "Close Danger": Federal Police Uncover Evidence in Child Sexual Abuse Case in Manaus

The Federal Police conducted two searches on Tuesday, November 12, as part of Operation "Close Danger." The purpose of the operation is to gather evidence in an investigation involving crimes related to child sexual abuse, as well as the storage and production of materials containing scenes of abuse.

The searches were carried out at a residence and a commercial establishment in Manaus. Items were found that strengthen suspicions that the target is the perpetrator of the investigated crimes.

If convicted, the suspect could face a prison sentence of up to 27 years.
